Cancellation & Return Policy


Special order merchandise is not cancelable after 3 days of placing order and cannot be returned after delivery. Merchandise found to be defective at time of delivery will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Howard Hill Furniture cannot be held responsible for delays in manufacturing or shipping.

All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse. Any defects with your items upon arrival, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to correct the situation.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of stock merchandise, we will accept returned goods for a refund 7 days from purchase less any delivery costs to and from delivery locations. To qualify, goods must be returned in new condition with packaging and your original sales receipt. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 7 DAYS.

Floor samples, discounted and sale merchandise may not be returned and are sold "as is".
There are no warranties beyond those given by the manufacturer and those in this sales agreement. Howard Hill Furniture will assist the customer in processing warranty claims with the manufacturer.


Credit card purchases will be refunded to the card used. Gift card purchases will be refunded to a gift card. Cash or check purchases will receive a refund check by mail. A receipt is required to return items purchased in a store.
