As always, the staff is amazing. They do not follow around the store but will help you the moment you ask. The furniture is exemplary. Every time we’ve ever needed a new piece we go straight to them. Everyone always compliments the look and quality of our purchases. We won’t go anywhere else for wood furniture!

This was our first time doing business with them, and we had an excellent experience - from sales to service. Our entertainment center required Mike and Dave to come out to twice to fix/adjust it, and they got it just right, and were very nice and competent. I would not hesitate again to do purchase again from Howard Hill.

Huge store, packed upstairs and downstairs with furniture you didn’t even know you needed! Tons of colors available for each piece. Staff was knowledgeable and went the extra length to find what you want/ how you want it. The furniture is built beautifully and there’s no doubt it will last for a long time. Highly recommend.

We purchased two Best brand recliners from Howard Hill recently and found them extremely easy to do business with. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. They arrived yesterday, sooner than expected and we love them. The two delivery men were friendly and efficient. We'll definitely be returning for additional furnishings.

I really like this place, to browse and wander around. Sadly though, they d/n have the coffee-cup rack that I was looking for... BUT, just stop in for a quick browse, I GUARANTEE, you'll stay LONGER, AND WANDER....when driving by, just look for the REALLY BIG ADIRONDACK CHAIR OUTSIDE.

Just want to say my experience could not gone better with my purchase of a table and bench.After a period of time we noticed a Crack in the bench.I called was told to take picture of Crack and I was driving past one day went in talked to the gentlemen at the desk they looked at the pictures I took.Then I was told how about we stop at your home and swap out the damaged one for a replacement benchi could not have asked for a better respnse they were here Mondsy took the bad one and replaced with new one.I would highly recommend HOWARD HILL FURNITURE to anyone who was looking for a place to buy some furniture. Hello again everything I posted above is true also on April 17th I purchased a couch and love seat and my experience was great friendly people in the store I had a problem with the kitchen bench I bought I was told the men delivering my new furniture would pick up my bench and fix it at the store.I was called yesterday and told it was done and would be bring it back.As far as the 2 delivery men could not say enough about there professional handling of my new furniture and communication with me and my wife very nice and respectful 2 very nice men I would highly recommend Howard Hill Furniture to anyone wanting to purchase furniture. Always have the best quality of furniture and are made in the USA. Their customer service is always supportive of any issues we had w/no questions asked to ensure satisfaction. Bought our wooden kitchen table, wooden chairs, and rockers from them. Will keep shopping here for any of our furniture needs. I’ve bought from all the other big names (R&F, Bob’s, etc..) and the quality of their furniture doesn’t even compare to Howard Hill.

Highly recommend this store for all your furniture needs. We had been searching for over 6 months for good quality distressed solid wood. We drove an hour to go to Howard hill and were not one bit disappointed. The staff was very helpful and not pushy. They have many finishes to choose from in customizing a piece just right for you. There is a 6-8 week waiting period which isn’t bad considering it’s custom pieces. The furniture was in just when they said it would be and delivery scheduling was easy. The men delivered and set it up just as we wanted, no assembly required except for putting the shelves at your preferred height (no tools required). The quality of the furniture is great! Solid, heavy wood, and the finishing is just what we wanted. We are so happy we chose Howard Hill over the Pottery Barn furniture we were going to purchase, and it saved us over $500!! We will definitely be back to purchase more items.

I've been buying at Howard Hill for over 30 years. They have anything you want from traditional pieces to really unique. My first purchase was a bedroom set for my daughter who is now almost 40! I've bought a kitchen set which outlasted the marriage :-) and am now waiting for my dining room set to be delivered this week. Last Christmas I bought a play table for my grandson that is holding up remarkably well (he's 6) and looks as good as the day it arrived. I've painted some of these items, stained some myself, but lately have been having Howard Hill finish them for me. The craftsmanship is amazing. The pieces survive the toughest use and you won't find anything laminated! Solid wood all the way! The salesmen (I'm told) don't work on commission, so they are never pushy and won't follow you around the store like furniture stores do. I can't say enough good about this store. No wonder it's been in business for so many years. I hope they don't ever change a thing!

The only furniture store that encourages you to go to Raymore and Macy's and the rest. The only furniture store where the employees kick and sit on the end tables. Its solid real wood. No lament, no imitations. Furniture built to last generations. Just do yourself a favor and make sure you love what you buy because it lasts forever.

Great selection of real wood furniture with different finisged options ! Nice friendly staff that aren't following you around the store as you try to look....highly recommend this place and we shall return!

Purchased a beautiful all wood platform bed w/ 2 dressers. Saved $1200 over similar set from Pottery Barn. Salesperson very helpful, patient, w/ no pressure.

Place is great, furniture is well made, and the staff os very helpful. I placed an order and it did not come the way I had palnned. Of course I made a stink like a 4 year old child and they calmed me down and fixed the isse in less than 24 hours.

Very friendly staff! There were enough people working so that we didn't have to wait for help. The employees are not pushy, they guide you to where you need to go, explain any options and then leave you alone, until you need them. The toy chest I bought is solid and was ding free. Thank you for the friendly and fast service!

I needed two unfinished doors for a project I am doing and unlike Home Depot or Lowe's they had no problem helping me and getting all my questions answered (even though my project was small and I wasn't going to be spending thousands of dollars). Will defiantly be going back!
